אני מכיר היטב את המלון והתאכסנתי בו רבות בעשר השנים האחרונות. אני אוהב את המיקום, המבנה, החדרים וכדומה. הבעיה הפעם היא שהשירותים שסיפק המלון היו ברמה מזעזעת בעוד שהמחיר היה בשמיים, הרבה מעבר לכל שהות קודמת. כל אוכל או שתיה בהגשה לא היו זמינים במשך רוב שעות היום בלובי בגלל מחסור בעובדים. עובדים שהיו בבר נראו חסרי מוטיבציה ולא במיטבם. ניקוי החדר היה בונוס, רק אם ביקשת וגם כשביקשת נאלצתי לבקש כמה פעמים עד שזה התבצע. מנקי החדר לא היו מיומנים, שכחו להביא לחדש בחדר דברים רבים כמו תה. היה צורך בבקשות חוזרות ונשנות כדי לקבל תגובה. כמי שמכיר את המלון הוא במצב רע מאוד מבחינת הצוות שלו וקשה להאמין שאחזור אליו.
