The room was clean and comfortable. Overall feel was of being in a nice townhouse complex surrounded by industrial buildings. It was too cold to use the outdoor pool, but it looked clean and refreshing. Breakfast was adequate.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. Whatever time of day (we left at 3:00 am) the staff was attentive and very hospitable. The rooms were cleaned and up to date. We did need to request room cleaning, I'm not used to that but I guess different customs for different times.

The muffins were good. The selection was good as well. The spa was wonderful. The walking/running trails were wonderful. Great place to stay fit while traveling. The rooms had a good amount of space and everything you would need. It does not have a stove, but has a microwave. Location was excellent. Great mall - few minutes away (across the street). Good location to the silos. Just a great and safe place to stay. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

Hotel was very nice, better than I expected as I had never stayed at the Garden version of a Hilton. We would stay at a garden again.

What I liked: The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.
What I didn't like: No towels! When I arrived I called the front desk to send up towels. Three hours later the Towels were brought to our room. The next day we came back in the middle of the day . My daughter wanted to take a shower and bath her baby and rest for a while. There were no towels, not even a hand towel so we could dry our hands after using the restroom. I called the front desk and was told all the towels were being washed. I told the front desk person that there should at least be one towel left in the room so people can dry their hands after using the restroom.

It was the worst experience I have ever had.
It was the worst experience I have ever had. I made a reservation a week prior to my arrival. When I arrive, the front desk clerk told me that they are overbooked due to booking.com overbooking them and he did not have a room for me.
