The hotel common areas and my room were very clean and comfortable. The parking lot was well lit. My room was refreshed daily. The breakfast offered had a variety of choices available each day. Coffee was available 24/7. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

I booked 2 rooms and they only showed 1 room but they were able to get another one which we had to wait for to get the room cleaned. The reservation was made through booking. Com. It just was just a disappointment since we travel from Kentucky to Alabama with a toddler and infant . A emotional trip to see my grandson deploy to Poland

We went to the Anniston Museum of Natural History and the Berman Museum. They were both clean and interesting. There were hands on activities for younger kids. We ate at Top of the River Resturaunt. The food was good and the service great. Our family also went to Mt. Cheaha, which was spectacular.

We love the convenience of the Hotel.
We love the convenience of the Hotel. Stayed there in December 2021. Room was large. Shower door was stuck and took awhile to open. Toilet was having problems flushing. Staff not as friendly as our last stay. …. We enjoy staying at Hilton properties.

All the accommodations were great!
All the accommodations were great! There was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. There were beverages readily available. More than enough towels and wash clothes. Plates, utensils were available. We had no complaints other than, there should be instructions on how to navigate through the television. All in all I would definitely stay there again!!!

Do not stay in this hotel if you have a brain in your head.
Do not stay in this hotel if you have a brain in your head. It was disgusting, red blood? on floor, bathroom so smelly, no pillows, bed coverings filthy, staff too busy talking to one another to help customer.

Its a great town!
Its a great town! Many pretty parks with great friendly people. Lots of shopping available. Loved the country life with a little bit of city. Overall a wonderful relaxing slow down from the busy city life.
I love the location and why do this one guy who works the weekend mostly always but the black people in the very back of the hotel and he usually will give me yes I am African American a bad room and I am one who takes out my own trash and keep the room super TIGHTY and neat I always have problems with my room when he is on shift but I still will be polite to him anyway and I feel the management NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER
The room was clean. I love that they didn’t have carpet. Everyone knows that hotel carpet is disgusting. They had wood laminate on the floor that could be easily mopped. Good move on their part. It was also quiet. I didn’t have a single noise problem. Usually, motels are noisy. Also, the manager/owner was really kind. He remembered my name when I checked out and hoped I had fun at the event I was attending.
Very quiet room. Good blinds to keep it dark in the mornings. Housekeeping came by every morning. Mini fridge and microwave work very well. Hotel is in a good location and easily able to walk or drive a short distance to most places. Has plenty of outlets to be able to plug in anything you bring. Free wifi worked pretty well. Shower has good water pressure.
I have stayed in several of the hotels in this exit for the past 8 years. This is by far the BEST of them all. Newly updated, white glove clean and the staff, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely make this my "Go To" hotel in my travels back and forth to NC. Thank you for striving and achieving Excellence!!
The parking lot was very close to the room. The room was on the ground floor. The two queen beds were appreciated. The competition offered only double beds.
Plenty of parking. (did not like the high speed vehicles; scary when going between car and room.
Jordan and Bree from the Oxford Alabama location were the best. Jordan remembered us from last week. Bree fixed the best grilled cheese and breakfast burrito. The bed was wonderful, I slept like a baby, better than I do in my own bed.
The hotel was nice, clean, and roomy. The staff was excellent, personable, friendly, and helpful. The free breakfast was about as you would expect, adequate but not exceptional. Need more cereal choices.
This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was very clean, all the way down to the bathroom having no stains whatsoever.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall appearance of the hotel was very nice. Our room was clean and a good size. The bed was. comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory.
The location of the hotel itself as well as some of the friendly staff the man at night time and one of the ladies that work during the day are the rudest people ever
