Quiet college town.
Quiet college town. Great breakfast places but ow on restaurants. Lots of breweries if that your mojo. Most of the breweries served food as well. Bangor however is close by and is flush with choices of places to eat.katrina0865United States - 8.0Scored 8.0

University Inn was a great place to stay after arriving in...
University Inn was a great place to stay after arriving in Bangor. The staff was welcoming and room was clean and nice. There was wine and cheese in the lobby when we arrived around 6pm so that was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our only issue was that the floor above us was very noisy because of the hardwood floor. The guests above us seemed to be pacing late into evening and actually woke us up from sleep! I nearly resorted to alerting the staff to address the noise, but thankfully it subsided. The staff was so friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.. Breakfast was decent albeit typical fare with a waffle iron, instant oatmeal, cereal and fruit. It doesn't look great on the outside, but the inside has a cute bear motiff throughout. The bed was comfortable.
