The location was great. But thought it would be much nicer.
The location was great. But thought it would be much nicer. Halls were hit & dark. Room was sma.no shower preasure. Only left us 2 towels for 3 guests.No luggage carts.Left us 2 little rolls of t.p. and most of all no pool as advertised!!! Price of room was outrageous for what we got.AAnonymous - 8.0Scored 8.0

The hotel is about an hour or so depending on traffic from Chicago - Midway Airport. The location was convenient for me for my purpose which was to attend a local wedding at Silver Lake Country Club. The room was comfortable & clean. The price was reasonable. The staff was very helpful. The bathroom door in my room could not open all the way because it bumped into the toilet..I'm assuming this could be due to an upgrade in installing a new toilet at some point that was larger..Also, the toilet did NOT have a lid which I didn't like. I kept being afraid I was going to drop a towel or something in there. I did like the full length mirror on the door. Breakfast was free but plastic utensils provided were the size for children's hands, not adults...Very small and hard to use. They were also flimsy & kept bending. They should provide larger, stronger ones. Local restaurants, The Bavarian Lodge in Lisle, Lumes Pancake House and Burrito Jalisco Mexican Restaurant in Orland Park were excellent !!
