We very much appreciated the service provided as we arrived from the Manager. And it was a night arrival at 9h50 pm. She explained us were to park in their parking, Upgraded us to room 18 since it was empty and on the 2nd floor (instead of 3rd). Get our luggages to our room (thanks Jeremy!). Made sure tv was working and other appliances as well. We slept like babies on a very confortable bed and absolute silence. And since it was low season, she offered us not to stress to check out in the morning. We appreciated the modern touch, like coloured sheets, colored towels and nice deco on the walls. I had read some negatives comments about this hotel. None of those applied when we were there.

We went there in the dead of winter so it was quiet...we have also gone in the summer and that is when this place comes to life. There are plenty of bars and resturaunts and bars to choose from. Also there is a small amusement park for children. Large choice of motels to choose from, everything is within walking distance.

Old Orchard Beach has been a favorite destination for us for years. It's a perfect crescent beach with an awesome sandy beach, a lighthouse on the right point and a pier and a great amusement area in the middle. If you're an early riser, the sunrise on the beach is a perfect way to start the day.
We typically visit off season when the rates go down, which means some of the businesses aren't open, but we enjoy not having to fight the crowds.
There are a LOT of good restaurants within a few miles drive, but Joseph's by the Sea on West Grand Ave is an amazing restaurant with a spectacular ocean view and conveniently on the trolley line. Our party's of 5 are still raving about our meals and especially the cocktails!

There was nothing about this property we enjoyed.
There was nothing about this property we enjoyed. The pictures of the rooms were misleading and we ended up with a room that was old, smelled like mold and the carpet was damp. I would never return. It was a total rip off for what we paid!

The family friendly Beach is perfect for long days of sunning and waves. A perfect place to enjoy your summer days. The pier that extended 500 feet into the ocean has so many things to see. The water was amazing and with a boogie board the kids were entertained all day. Catch the ocean with the sunrise is my favorite. Dogs play in the ocean as the tides come in. The quietness allows you to hear the waves come in and out. Nothing to worry about as the sand is easy to walk along for miles.

We loved that you could get to the ocean in seconds! Best part! I was able to wake up at sunrise and be on the beach, literally, again, in seconds!!! Our room was small and cozy. The staff is great! I would say it’s pretty private for what you get at old orchard beach! I added a beautiful sunrise photo in review.
Super comfortable bed. I believe all rooms have a separate bedroom/living area. All have balconies or patios. Hotel is right on the ocean and less than a mile to the boardwalk and shops. Coffee, muffins and Danish available in the lobby. Heated pool. We stay here every year and it's always been wonderful
The staff was great. Very friendly.Sheila the owner was great very attentive and was very helpful. She was always out seeing what the guests needed and she was approachable. The location is great it is literally in the heart of old orchard beach. Shops and beach are in walking distance.
Breakfast was not especially good or bad; just a pretty stripped down "continental" offering. Really great location for walking to Old Orchard Beach (but on a pretty noisy road), and one room was fine - not great, but not bad. The other room was ugly, small, and noisy.
We only spent one night. We were in Maine to view various lighthouses. The facility met our needs. In the summer it would be a nice location to be close to the ocean. We were there in the fall and it was cold and rainy.
Great location. Beautiful beach. Lisa and the staff were wonderful!! Met some wonderful people. If I’m in Old Orchard Beach again, I will definitely stay at the Atlantis Motel! Highly recommend 🙂
The hotel was great staff was awesome! Had a great time at the amusement park and the beach. The room was very nice and the hotels close to almost everything at OOB so we were bable to do a lot.
Everything else was terrific. Fantastic location, great pool, friendly staff. Close to the beach, pier, restaurants & shopping. An all around great place to stay when visiting Old Orchard Beach!
The hotel was very close to, not only the beach, but a nice quieter, family section of the beach. It was also about a 5 min walk to the center of Old Orchard Beach.
Perfect location right on the beach. The rooms were very cute. The front desk was friendly and they gave the hotel a hometown feel. Rooms were updated very nicely.
Great size apartment, good kitchen facilities.
Lovely and clean.
Convenient parking at door, we were ground level.
Beachfront.
