Dealing with Quality Inn was NOT a good experience.
Dealing with Quality Inn was NOT a good experience. There was an issue with the room not being cleaned after the previous guests. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty. There was also an issue about changing from a king room to a double room. Booking.com tried unsuccessfully to resolve the issue but were unable to get any cooperation from Quality Inn management. Both rooms were charged to our credit card for 2 nights.

There are not many hotel choices along the way, so we were grateful to find the Quality Inn in Okanogan , WA. it was comfortable for the cost, although not top notch. The bed was comfortable & there was a small refrigerator & microwave, as well as a coffee maker. Breakfast was included, although the milk for the cereal was cracked.

I am not sure why this property is still active on booking - it was awful to arrive after driving 11 hours to find that I in fact did not have a hotel reservation.
