I brought my swim trunks hoping to do a few laps, only to find out the pool was closed for remodeling for two weeks. It's not fair that we were not notified and could have made different arrangements to stay somewhere else. We should get some kind of refund. We shortened our stay by a night. Hilton has done nothing to offer any kind of refund or coupon. They will need to earn my business before I ever stay at a Hilton!!JosephUnited States of America

Our room was at the end of the hall and it appeared to be clean. The room temperature was set at 75*F, so it seemed stifling when we first arrived. Luckily the thermostat allowed us to cool the room to 65*F, which was much more preferable to us. Check in and Check out was easy. Parking was very convenient and easily accessible. The location is good good for me as I visit the Orchid Show in the Chicago Botanical Garden. The room is warm, clean and comfortable.
