We were there with our kids. The room we booked was not available so they gave us an upgrade for a two room unit. Everything was clean and in perfect working condition. Beds were comfortable. Couldn’t enjoy the breakfast because we slept in both days but even without breakfast, it was a very good value for the money. We had a very well deserved and needed resting time.

The breakfast on this visit was limited due to low occupancy. Kind of disappointing. Otherwise is a great facility, with wonderful staff and food and drink offerings - including prompt and well done room service. Excellent value!

The room was exceptional.
The room was exceptional. Very clean and comfortable as well as well-accmodated. Thank you. The make manager was very 'short' with me and there was an issue with the water not getting very hot due to one of the 5 water heaters being broken. Mr. Manager gave me an "oh well" attitude and I had to do a follow up call to get a resolution. In the end, the person at the desk comped us a night. I never heard from the male manager again.

Guest Laundry services were easy to use. The fitness centre had several machines. I wasn't sure about the swimming pool and other facilities. Breakfast was standard American breakfast. Air conditioning worked well and kept the summer heat at bay. There is also plenty of free parking in front of the hotel along with several restaurants, shops, and eateries.TimothyIreland

I was very disappointed. New location in Horsham was very nice. BUT, the Residence Inn should not have accepted original reservation if there were no rooms. I booked a king suite. The 2nd location in Horsham only had queen suites.
