There are 2 pools, the one has a waterslide and kiddy pool area. This would be a great place to stay with kids! The rooms were clean and had everything you need. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. The staff was friendly and caring, ready to meet your every need and make sure you were comfortable. There is a restaurant right next door to walk to that had excellent food.

I'm not sure. It was just a bizarre experience. The room was luckily quiet but why are earplugs provided beside the bed?

This property was clean & maintained nicely. Very busy with families due to a small water park inside. Breakfast was well organized & staffed appropriately. Lots & lots of small children but mostly well behaved. The only issue was families permitted young children to utilize the hot tub which posted “no one under 16”. Attendants did not enforce this rule.

The property is beautiful!
The property is beautiful! The female staff was quite rude with us and we were booked for a suite for my husband’s birthday that we paid for 2 days that we ended up in for a night due to a mistake in the booking of a handicapped rm! Plus the restaurant across the way was excellent!

If you are not into wine-tasting (mostly white wine), the place is not worth the travel. The coast-line is not accessible to public (it is all residential), and there are no lake-cruises offered during the autumn season, except on weekends.
All the coast up to Buffalo appears dead.
Suggestion: drive straight to Cleveland or the Niagara falls.

Everyone should travel to the North East.
Everyone should travel to the North East. The scenery on the drive alone was worth it. People were friendly and all the hotels and restaurants were top notch. Our trip took us to Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, and New York. Definitely eat at The Twin Lobsters in Cape Elizabeth best Portland, Maine.
Bad location, front desk female was rude , I got charged an xtra $50 due to the fact that I had more than 2 children with me , my granddaughter got hurt by kids in pool . I told front staff they just gave them a warning instead of not being back in the pool . My granddaughter was bleeding out of her nose. Bad experience hotel was to strict .. if you make noise you get charged. Just bad experience will not going there again… The pool was okay.. They wanna overcharge people due to the pool . Sticking to my original hotel!
We liked the location of being easily accessible to the freeway. We liked the welcome we received from Skyler. She was friendly and gave us great recommendation of the restaurant and its menu. That was very helpful after a six hour car drive . The facility is clean. The breakfast was plenty with its breakfast choices for us.Our stay was a great experience and we were happy before we left the following day and continued our travel to Syracuse.
Beds were very comfortable and room was clean, very nice pool, great for families. The breakfast area was spacious and clean and was the best continental breakfast we've had in a very long time. The check in and check out process was fast and friendly. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again
The view was amazing, but it would a little out of the way of the main Erie attractions. The staff was excellent and I love how it felt like a little community. Still a very nice place.
Cute and cozy cottage-type rooms. Very comfortable for my wife and I. Views of lake Erie and access to Presque Isle State Park and other amenities (wineries, etc.) was fantastic.
We frequent this hotel very often, it’s our favorite weekend getaway. The staff are great, hotel and rooms itself are always spotless. Breakfast is better than you’d think.
