Staff was pleasant, but overworked. The Front desk had too many jobs to fill. We got the feeling that they were trying to save money. We had to ask for everything. More help was needed for the place to run efficiently and extra supplies should have been stocked. No hair blower, extra soap, etc. was needed. We stayed for two nights and were supplies for one night only.

I'mma just sum it up in a nutshell if you're black don't come to this hotel that's just point blank period cuz some employees will treat you just like that the only employee that was a sweetheart is one chicken I think her name is Alyssa she might be the only one that has respect and know how to talk to people and will help you but the other little old lady I don't even know her name she's rude she barely wants to communicate you ask her question she get real nasty they will will discriminate on you they will put things on you that you have nothing to do with just to kick you out your room if I had a new this coming here I would have never came to the horizon inn and suites I would have found someone else to go I'm spending money a lot of money on a room where I'm being discriminated against for no reason please be very careful when you come visit this hotelAAnonymousUnited States - 10Scored 10
