Staff were pretty friendly.
Staff were pretty friendly. I can't say anything else positive about this place. Rooms to the back are very loud due to the 15 freeway right behind the hotel. People that bring their dogs to stay with them don't pickup there poop and the Elevator was broken. Smoke right outside the exit doors. The area doesn't bring the best people.Judy - 2.0Scored 2.0
Horrible hotel.
Horrible hotel. They let minor females swim in only panties. They allowed other guess to completely trash the pool and jacuzzi making both unusable for all the other guess. I've asked the hotel to refund one of two night stays because the manager did nothing to control the unruly tenants.

One time, unfortunately, we stayed at a different hotel, but from now on, whenever we're in the Norco/Corona area, Fairfield Inn is where we will always stay. It's very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly & wonderful to work with & the complimentary breakfast was delicious - fresh food & great choices. For the price I feel it's definitely worth it to stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites. Highly recommend!SSteveUnited States
