I don’t really have a review of the city. My car broke down and I was stranded for the night. If I had to give a review it really wouldn’t be very pleasant, because NOTHING was open that I really needed.

The room was a good size.
The room was a good size. Air conditioner worked, but was noisy. Access was easy off and easy on. Good places to eat around the hotel. May have to ask for garment bags at check in since apparently, they don't leave those in the room anymore for your dirty clothes. We had to actually look for someone that worked there later that night if they even provided garment bags anymore. She immediately gave us 2, so employees are helpful.

I enjoyed Randys BBQ very much! Convenience in the town is great that met all my needs. Upon my arrival to my original motel, the TexInn, I IMMEDIATELY cancelled my stay. Creepy place, run down and a noisy location. I made a reservation at the Holiday Inn Express located just the other side of the Hwy 30, a 1 minute drive from the Tex Inn. I am thrilled I did!!! I will be staying at the HI Express from now on! Hands down worth the money!

It's been the first hotel in a long time that I was able to take a bath because it was clean and the furnishings looked good quality and function very well. All staff very very helpful. The room was astoundingly large and spacious and immaculately clean.
