The hotel was close to church conference we attended.

The hotel was close to church conference we attended. Well lit parking lot. Check in area was immaculate. But then we road the elevator to our 3rd floor room and didn’t know if it was gonna make it or not. Several areas of room didn’t look like they’d been touched by housekeeping since previous visitors. Bed was very comfortable. Tv didn’t work, not a deal breaker. Just the fact that if you pay $140 dollars for one night, you would think you could at least expect a clean room where you could feel comfortable without worrying if it was cleaned properly at all. Sad part is that there were only like 3 national chain hotels and this one was awarded best of 2022. I know this sounds like a broken record as you read all the reviews, but if we had to do again we would travel to Tupelo just down the road about 30 miles to much cleaner and more satisfactory hotels we’ve stayed in before. It’s disappointing because you will see a response from management and it will say basically ditto from all the other times but nothing has changed. Sad thing is, this hotel could be a jewel to recommend if some of the customers complaints were just acted upon instead of ignoring.

New Albany has added quite a few new stores downtown.

New Albany has added quite a few new stores downtown. The 2 newer restaurants (Ciao Chow & The Rainey) are very trendy with great food & service. Mexican restaurants there are also very good.

Enjoyed the small town atmosphere, visiting the shops downtown, eating at the Warehouse, everyone was so nice and friendly! Nice feeling about the town in this crazy world we live in, good to know there are places like New Albany that feels like home.

The stay was pleasant and comfortable.

The stay was pleasant and comfortable. The price was also very reasonable. We only stayed one night and left too early for breakfast but would definitely reccomend this hotel. If needing a room again we will stay here.

Mostly fast food and Mexican or Chinese restaurants.

Mostly fast food and Mexican or Chinese restaurants. Drove to Tupelo to eat dinner. 1 nice restaurant called RAINEY’s, but unless you don’t mind paying $50, excluding tip, for an 8 ounce filet, mashed potatoes and a salad don’t go there. There is a Cracker Barrel which is usually good, but I don’t go there for a steak. Drive to Tupelo. Woody’s, Texas Road House, Outback, Logans, Harvey’s, Applebee’s, etc.

I didn't like anything, other than the fact that the location was near other essential businesses. The room was not very clean. The box spring had old dried blood or some kind of brown substance on it. The sheets and pillowcases were FILTHY! When I travel, I always bring my own linens, no matter the type of hotel. With this motel, I had to use them. The tub was also filthy and nasty. I was only in town for less than 24 hours, so I had hoped this motel would suffice. I would never stay here again.

The location is directly off the interstate. The property is well maintained and clean. The staff was very helpful. We stayed during the snow/ice of MLK weekend. The laundry services were free and breakfast was amazing. There is a gas station at the front door of the hotel and a few diners surrounding the property. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Breakfast was not a box meal but was definitely Continental with nothing impressive with no proteins. Decent spot, right next to the cracker barrel, stores, end of the restaurants. Pet friendly, cost $50. Room was quiet. Air conditioned works well.

We were visiting my father in the local hospital. We had driven for nine hours to get there. Everyone we spoke to on staff at Best Western was amazing; they were friendly and knowledgeable.

They found my reservation almost immediately at the front desk. I have an unusual name, so this has been an issue at other hotels in the past.
