Value for your money and easy on easy off the highway. There are food, gas and grocery store nearby. The staff is reliable and honest. My husband left his man purse in the room and we didn’t noticed it until the next day and we were 8 hrs away. We came back to get it and everything is still in the bag.

Large clean rooms. Friendly staff, beautiful mountain scenes. Room was sparse but works if u are trying to save money. Both times I booked, sure Saud outdoor pool was open, and BOTH times it was CLOSED;(. This was a major disappointment to my kids. Really nice place to just go and relax, we did not leave the property at any point of our stay. That being said, it made it abit more difficult not having a kitchen, you can't prepare anything. There is a refrigerator though, so I did bring a few things with us and we did find a place that delivered. They gave us tips on the things to do like the covered bridge, three caverns, a swinging bridge, several hiking trails,the local flea market as well a tour of the local potato chip plant. Also told me about several museums in new market. It was pretty clean minus the stain issues. There isn't a ton of stuff in the immediate area but we spent most of our time at Bryce Resort and Harrisonburg which were only 20-30 minutes away. There are some really nice mountain views as well.
