The location is nice because you are close to everything. There is the A la moana beach close to the hotel. The staff are friendly. The Signature restaurant was great but a little pricy but great service. By the way if you are going for the happy hour, you can only sit at the bar (50%) off selected menu. They don't offer it if you are sitting by the other side of the restaurant. Which to me is complete bull shit. Prepare to be in line 30 before they are open for the happy hour. It is only 2 hours long. We ended up spending way more than we anticipated because you will be on wait list if there is no room. It was also convenient to have Starbucks there and close to the mall. I recommend the hole in the wall Japanese restaurant walking distance from the hotel I think Akasaka. Cheers !
