Bathroom ceiling was flooding from room above at 3 am.
Bathroom ceiling was flooding from room above at 3 am. Contacted hotel staff to no avail. No help from them in regards to massive amounts of water that was now in our bathroom during middle of night while we were sleeping. Not a good night's sleep at all. Was concerned with what happened and no one seemed to care. Just disheartening. Also, bed was broken and very uncomfortable.JeffUnited States
