First time we stayed in a container off the grid.
First time we stayed in a container off the grid. A fun experience. Many choices of different accommodations for different types of folks. Loved the relaxing atmosphere and creative outdoor decor. Would happily return for another visit. So pleasant to be away from the busyness of Florida.

Live Oak is a quite town nestled between Tallahassee and Jacksonville. Lake City is near by for more venues offered, but Live Oak is that little town that you can relax from all the big things of the larger cities. Easy to travel around, state parks everywhere and the people were friendly.
The room were not clean. The floor were so filthy we had to wear our shoes if we were not in the beds, tile floors. We found a chocolate another guest had left in the room prior to us. The staff was courteous but $100+ per room a night was not worth it, it should have been $50 max, rooms were outdated and looked like a cheap motel, Lobby was nice so it was very misleading. Will never stay there again or recommend to anyone.
The place was nothing to look at from the outside, but the room was immaculate, the bedding comfortable and fresh, Direct TV with more channels then you could possibly need, and free wifi.
Cheap and cheerful as we used to say. We had to leave early, didn't check out the complimentary breakfast. Nearest stores and restaurants about 8 MI away.
I stayed 2/16- 2/17/2023. The hotel itself was nice and clean. However when we walked into the room
It had the worst chemical smell EVER! I was exhausted so I fell asleep. Woke up a few hours later to the worst asthma attack I’ve ever had in my entire life! Got better as soon as we walked outside. HORRIBLE! Room #211
It wasn’t an extremely eventful trip. Accommodations were fine. Facility was fine. The pool was fine. The employees were fine. The ownership was fine. Location was fine. He just wasn’t beautiful. Perfect. It’s not a five-star hotel.
Serene, pastoral atmosphere of the property. Animals on the creature comforts in guest quarters. Outside gas grilling. Proximity to local springs and State Parks. Recommendation of the 406 restaurant in Live Oak.
This is peace in The form of a farm. Just a little piece of perfection on earth. The owners are amazing and the facilities are beautiful, and full of kindness and hospitality at its best.
Nastiest place I’ve ever stayed in. Beds were filthy, feces on the toilet seat. Got scalded in the shower due to faulty plumbing. Overall, a disgusting hotel.
