There were dead cockroaches in my room there were boogers on the nightstands and end tables there were dust bunnies and pubic hairs on the wall the floor was not swept and I would never ever stay at this location again or recommended to a homeless person

I didn't use the breakfast except for coffee which was great. I didn't use the pool or the exercise room. The room was clean, no bugs or smells. The heater was quiet and worked well. It held the temperature at the setting.

We wanted a place to stay to go and see the total solar eclipse. This place was about 3 hours away from where we wanted to be, which was perfect for us. The price was excellent, especially compared to what other hotels were charging around the date of the eclipse. Everything was spotlessly clean, staff was kind and polite, and it was dog friendly!

I love Lincoln . And am planning on moving there. The people are so nice there. Beautiful places and area. I hated to leave. But I will not stay at Super 8 there .It was gross . Everything else was wonderful.

The hotel/motel was the worst part of our trip.
The hotel/motel was the worst part of our trip. We didn't stay there because it was nothing like the pictures they have on their website. Tried to get a refund after they put us in a second room but they didn't give it to us. We turned our keys in and wouldn't recommend this hotel/motel to anyone.

You could tell that they have been challenged by the pandemic and the property could have been in better shape. The price reflected the conditions so it made the stay a good value. Rooms were clean and we had what we needed.

The Bookings.com rating is completely wrong on this Motel! They show a 4 star motel. It has changed Ownership and is no longer maintained or cleaned properly. Elevator not working, reviews from other guests show sheets not changed between guests, breakfast not available.

We found Lincoln, Illinois to be a very clean and friendly community with some very beautiful parks. From Lincoln, Illinois we were able to easily visit Abe Lincoln's Boyhood Home at New Salem, Illinois, and the Lincoln Library and Lincoln Museum and Springfield, Illinois.

Will never stay here again or recommend this hotel. Bugs on the ceiling. Walls and ceiling have major cracks. Toilet was so nasty I had to buy cleaning supplies and gloves so we could use it.
