There were drunks drinking outside there rooms making lude comments to my stepdaughter. They lied about the breakfast saying there was eggs and waffles all I got was a little tube of yogurt a apple and little bag of tiny muffins.I was transferred to a room with a burner so I could make eggs but the room smelled like burnt plastic like someone recently cooked meth in there and it made me sick and they wouldn't let in a different room until I packed up and said I was leaving and told them they would have to credit me and I asked to have the manager call me and she never did and I choose this place because it had a pool and I could invite my grandson to come swim but when I got there they said only me and my wife could use it even though my wife only was there half my stay.I never did use there pool. There were holes in my blanket my TV didn't work when I got there because someone stole the hdmi cord. This place was a dump and the waffle house was closed almost the whole time I was there across street I was planning on eating there.

we drove from Wisconsin to do some golfing. got 36 holes in in the short time we were there, Then the rains/and a little bit of snow came and they pretty much shut everything down. so we cut our trip short and left a day early. being from Wisconsin we are used to the snow Not much to really do in a city of that size

Good location.
Good location. We had stayed here the previous two summers with no issues. This time it was a completely different experience. Dirty room, coffee pot in the front lobby was always empty and disappearing staff.

Jonesboro is a very clean and friendly city.
Jonesboro is a very clean and friendly city. There are many nice restaurants and stores to shop in. The downtown area has some great night life!!!
Skinny Js is a fun place to eat. The Refinery is a super nice ladies boutique. We always love to eat frozen custard at Andys.
I like the size of the room and the location of the room
I met with the new owner, Mrs. Kazi and found that the hotel was recently purchased and were in the middle of renovation and repairs. I think that it will improve with time. The lobby was nicely decorated and the room decor was nice other than missing items. It was a really good value for the money. We had moved from another hotel on the same street because it was awful (Econolodge).
Ice machine was broken. Room wasn't clean and I had to ask for towels and soap. No coffee pot or refrigerator. Bedding wasn't clean and blanket had hole in it. Bedside lamps and outlets did not work. I reported all this to the front desk and was informed they were doing their best. I'd stayed there before but this time was horrible. I won't use them again!Look at my description above.
Nice hotel in this small town; however,....put is in an adjoining room with a hearing disabled couple next door. Walls are thin and the adjoining door does nothing to stop sound. They talked and watched TV until 530 am. Needless to say it was not a good nights sleep.
Unbelievable! Booked this hotel so we could drive 500 miles and see the solar eclipse. Perfect weather. Had no idea the hotel was hosting an eclipse party for guests and employees, hot dogs on the grill, chips and drinks, in a perfect viewing area. Impressed!
Loved the Dove scented lotions and washes, they smelled amazing. The beds were super comfortable and the lovely woman (didn’t get name) who checked me in was very friendly and gave me lots of information about the hotel.
Hotel in great location. Breakfast was great. We had a King suite, and I’m pleasantly surprised by all the space..especially for the amount paid! The staff were so friendly. Will definitely stay again!!!
