I was pretty disappointed in the quality of the restaurants. The food was mediocre to just plain bad. The Hoffman was down rite awful and filthy. Even the glassware was dirty. Mulligan's was OK but not great. Their artichoke dip was really poor and I would not recommend it. It seems that the restaurants think they don't have to offer quality because the are by the water and that makes up for the lack luster dishes. I loved the large sliding glass door in the room which opened up with a glass railing and turned the entire room in to a balcony. Much better, in my opinion, than the rooms with an actual balcony as you could pull the sofa up to the railing and watch the waves. I love the Nest brand products (soaps, gels, shampoo) provided. There was the usual fridge, but also a microwave in the room. The complimentary coffee in the lobby between 6AM and noon, was good coffee and I'm a coffee snob. We forgot a wine opener and the front desk ran one up to our room at 9 PM! That's service! Oh... and they allowed dogs in the hotel and on the beach. I didn't have any of our dogs with us, but that is a HUGE plus in my book. It was a great romantic getaway for us... we've been married almost 36 years.JohnUnited States of America - 10Scored 10
