The staff was incredibly kind and easygoing. The man at the front desk was very friendly and informative when we told him what we were doing in the area. The room was clean and had a great selection on tv as well and the service was great too.

They can use more attention to detail when cleaning the unit. I felt I had to wipe down things down. The mattress was comfortable. The unit was decorated wonderfully and carpet seemed new. The toiletries were great and the shower had endless hot water with great water flow.

The lobby was very nice and welcoming. Our room was amazing! We got a surprise upgrade to a suite with two separate bedrooms and the room was so nice and spacious. It had a small kitchenette area, but not microwave or cooking area, just really a sink and a refrigerator and a table. The common areas were nice. The kids had a blast in the pool, that was clean, nice and warm and comfortable. The game room was nice but it was very expensive at a dollar per game so we didn’t play anything, yes the kids were disappointed but it was ridiculously expensive. Also the token machine only took cash, which is very archaic these days lol, There’s an area were snacks and drinks are sold at the front desk and free breakfast in the morning with good variety! No restaurant in the building but there’s a few nice ones really close to the hotel for takeout if wanted. Overall a very nice stay! Would definitely stay there again!

The room was very spacious for our family of 4. The hotel is directly across the street from Santa's Village with a nice pathway to cross the street safely. Lots of towels, pillows and an extra blanket! TV had many channels to choose from and the morning coffee was nice too.
It was quiet and it was very convenient for us to go across the street to Santas Village I would definitely rent again. Very friendly staff it was awesome stay
