Not a great experience. The name of the facility is wrong on the site. Someone cannot spell.. No toilet paper and was asked when I was leaving because that was the 'emergency roll'. No posting of 'card only' at the front desk on the website; I had cash as a traveler. There were too many young and 'strange' individuals hanging around the facility. I did not feel safe. Front desk staff had no energy or professionalism. No ice for beverages. Just an overall not great accommodations or experience. Management should really do an overhaul and or/look at upgrades and 'fixes' to accommodate guests.

First.
First. A roach ran across the little desk area in the room..then they charged my account 250.00 for smoking weed in the room..if I would have smoked weed in the room then everyone in the 5th floor would have smelled it..i spoke with a manager who has to speak with a house keeper and I see why I was charged ..make sure to check your charges
Nothing. I have stayed here before and had no issues. The staff is friendly. My current reservation made sure I will never stay here again. I was not able to use or stay in the room or this hotel. When I entered the room and turned the lights on there were roaches running across the walls by the kitchenette area.
rooms were nice and big and clean. Breakfast was enough to set you up for the day travelling.
Staff were very helpful
Hotel was not far from train station to get into central washington
