We stay here at least 3 times a year for the last several years, we are all seniors and some of us are unable to walk well so we ask for a lower level room and only twice in the last couple years has that request been honored ! Seems they rent the bottom rooms to the people who are working construction jobs nearby.

    It is a nice crowded place, neat and clean, quiet, only problem we have here is we never get the downstairs rooms, and always book a month ahead of arrival, kind of hurts us disabled travelers that are up in age.

    There were roaches in the shower.

    There were roaches in the shower. We had to ask for towels and soap and it took over an hour to get. If you close the bathroom door you would see dirt at both corners behind it. You cannot access the front desk with the phone in your room you have to call their number off the website. The beds were so soft that after my back procedure I hurt.

    If you are here for a short or long stay there are many different types of food places as well as shopping places to keep yourself entertained. There is also the Sam Houston statue as well as his house to check out.

    The people are great and always available when you need them. The pool is nice and big and very clean and the kids loved it. These pics are of the grandkids after a long day at the pool. They couldn't get enough.

    Traveled from Waxahachie Tx to Huntsville after visiting...

    Traveled from Waxahachie Tx to Huntsville after visiting family and had the next day to visit the Prison Museum. Museum was excellent and we took our time going through and learning how Texas prison system has evolved over the years. Fascinating history lesson. We then visited more family in Tomball Tx. Huntsville is a great place to relax and stay awhile.

    Got to see a lot of history about the town , went to the museums , Lots of GOOD places to eat and shop . Went where they have their farm and where they execute death row prisoners . Went to Sam Houston State park . Really beautiful park . Hugh college there also . If you want REALLY GOOD FOOD and EXCELLENT SERVICE GO TO THE FARMHOUSE CAFE . They really outdo themselves with excellent FOOD AND SERVICE.

    I used this hotel as a stop over whilst travelling and I found it to be very good. The rooms were modern, spacious and clean and had good facilities. Even though the hotel is near the highway, I didn't hear any traffic noise and had a good nights sleep, waking up feeling well rested and ready to continue with my journey. As a lone, female traveller, I felt safe in this hotel overnight. The complimentary products were nice. The staff were friendly and polite and made it an easy process to check in and out

    This place was perfect! My friend and I booked an impromptu trip to Huntsville and needed to find a place quickly that would fit all of us. We were delighted to find such a modern and clean space right near where we wanted to be. We were honestly hesitant at first because of the very limited photos online, but the customer service staff assured us we will get a nice unit. It was the perfect place for us to stay and such a great value.

    Location was bad. Lots of "non-guests" walking around hotel. Rooms were horrible and I still haven't received my refund. Hotel pics on booking.com are not even close to what you see at hotel. TV didn't work. Walls and doors were dirty. Numerous issues.

    The hotel look like it had just been completely redone everything felt new and fresh. Check in was easy checkout was easy and our room was very comfortable. they did have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

    We like that the room was clean, had all the facilities except the hot water in shower. It's very accessible right of the freeway. Very close to Huntsville state Park. Overall okay for one night stay.
