Checkin was relatively easy. The exterior of the building was decent enough. The front desk clerk that checked us in was okay, but was rather short and impatient with an elderly, wheelchair bound veteran who was having difficulties following her instructions. My husband assisted him when she failed to do so or offered to find him help upon his request with taking some of his belongings to his room. Very disheartening way to treat a veteran. :( Our room was nice. Everything seemed to be updated. The floors were wood laminated, the bathroom was clean. There was sufficient towels. The bed was comfy and there was ample pillows. Check out was easy and the front desk clerk was pleasent.

I didn't like nothing because the bed was sinking in, hard to sleep ....shower was spraying everywhere....the night before me leaving someone walked in my room, so went down to talk to the clerk, the guy was down there talking about he walk in the room , the clerk gave the man the key to my room , so i pack my stuff and left the room that night cause my wife was afraid so 1 out of 10 im going give a BIG 1

Horn Lake was nice. The area has lots to do and see.
Horn Lake was nice. The area has lots to do and see. It is also close to Memphis which has even more to see and do. Golden Corral, ihop, casinos, Longhorn steakhouse and more. Goodman Rd is one of the main streets and it has a variety of eateries and shopping ops. Also Tanger outlet Mall is right off Goodman Rd.

The hotel entrance was very inviting. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was nice but could have been a little cleaner in the area. The walls seem to be a little thin since we could hear people all around us and above us as well as outside talking in the middle of the night. Check in very nice! The entire staff with exception of NINA was very nice. Happy Hour very RUDE NINA not so nice. Only to get RUDE NINA for check out. She is really rude and should not be working with people.

My favorite spot was the Memphis Bar-B-Que company, the area is great for family outings and shopping, Horn Lake is easy to get around, it is a high traffic area, but is quiet while resting. Chuckie Cheese is in the area for kids, skating is not far, movie theaters are available in the area too.

They still charged me a cancelation fee. Ridiculous.
