The woman working in the reception called Ciara, was super friendly and very helpful. The other staff was also polite and kind. The breakfast was not the best but it was ok. No restaurant in the hotel unfortunately. Rooms were clean and spacious. The indoor pool was a hit for the kids. The staff was very kind and offered a shuttle from and to the airport which was very helpful! There is not much around the hotel but that is to be accepted when its very close to the airport. We would think the airplane noises would bother us but it didn't.

Perfect location in an uncongested area very near CVG Airport. Spacious room, comfortable bed, good TV, hot breakfast options. Helpful & friendly staff, and a good free shuttle if needed. We walked next door to the fancier hotel's lovely restaurant for cocktails & dinner. Our room plus dinner next door cost us less than a room next door. Good deal!

Nice area. Fairly close to restaurants and other activities. The pool was great although the water was just a little bit cold even though the room was warm. The manager wasn't very friendly though and they don't accept cash only cards at check in which was difficult for us as we had to go back out to Kroger to be able to add money to my card to be able to pay for our room. Very annoying in that aspect. We ate fast food and Chinese but a lot of delivery options available as well although some are through drive services like door dash. We chose to stay here because we needed a place to stay...
We chose to stay here because we needed a place to stay quickly for a short weekend get away. It was the cheapest place we found online for the area and it had a pool, which we specifically wanted for our kids. The pool water was super cold! It was a really nice facility and the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast selection was great too!

we stayed here because we went to the creation museum and the Ark. It was a good central location for that. Not too many restaurants in the area unless you want to drive a little , there is also a Marriot and a Hampton inn next door.

Many restaurants and a shopping area are also very close by. Room is a bit outdated however, it had all the amenities we needed and beds were super comfortable. Hotel provides airport shuttle and free breakfast. They also provide coffee and water throughout the day. Staff is welcoming and well- knowledgeable. Check in and out process was fast and easy. The room was a lot bigger than I was expecting so that was nice was planing on switching hotels as we traveled yet the staff was nice and room was BIG!! So I ended up staying 3 more nights at this location. Nice and close to the Creations museum and not too far of a drive to the Ark Encounter. If ever in the area again I will definitely stay there again!
