The hot tub, breakfast, lounge area w/fireplace, availability of hot beverages/ice water were all very good. Front desk staff were welcoming.

Lovely room overlooking the falls. The kitchen was so well equipped. Comfortable bed and beautiful decor.
White noise but we found it relaxing. Breakfast in the cafe was delicious. Staff are friendly, warm and accommodating.
I am adding to my earlier review.
First, I just booked another stay next month, that should be enough to say.
If you have a car, another pleasurable experience you can have is to go to the Atkins Farm Country Market: great produce, deli section hand makes sandwiches the way you want them, and there is an ice cream shop in season. Best selection of apples, great for munching and buy small bags of different varieties which make terrific gifts.
Come to New England this Fall and visit Atkins and dine at Alina’s!

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff waa wonderful.
I really enjoyed my stay. The staff waa wonderful. I wish I could stay the rest of the week. I love how the hotel is located near a local Aldi food mart. I was not a rewards member before but I'm now thinking about becoming one. Whenever I travel I will look for a Hilton Hotel. Thanks for the wonderful stay. 😊😊😊
The unexpected surprise was the conveniently-placed electric charger station outside the hotel. It was free, always available to charge my car and I found it of value to our stay in Amherst. The staff was courteous, professional and always helpful. Had a much-needed couple of nights’ sound sleep in a spacious and well-kept room. All the usual room amenities provided. The Courtyard Marriott was located very handily for our primary purpose of local college visits, and secondarily places to dine, retail stores, fuel.
This is a perfect location when visiting Umass Amherst. Our room and public areas were very clean. Free Continental breakfast. We booked a presidential suite which offered plenty of room for our family but only one bathroom and the only access to that bathroom is through the king bedroom. The employees at the front desk were very pleasant.
Convenient location to visit UMASS. Their restaurant is closed! Instead the hotel offers free motel quality breakfast in the morning with 100% disposable plates, cups and silverware and individually packaged cereal and other unhealthy items. Complete disappointment! keep the restaurant really closed or open again with Marriott quality food!
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a woman who seemed genuinely glad to see me. I felt welcomed at breakfast and the staff even extended ideas of local things to see and do. The food was varied and did the trick. Check out was easy and I left feeling like I'd not only visit again but I'd recommend this hotel.
We liked the breakfast and the cookies in the afternoon. Easy to get to the beverage station on our way back to the room.
TV was easy to operate. Linens were fresh. Hotel was quiet. Good location and easy to get around the area. Restaurants were easy to find and get to.
The rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfast was OK. The location is great if you are going to the Hadley - Amherst area. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking right outside the hotel is great.
I liked the fact the hotel offered breakfast.
We were there primarily because of UMass move in.
I would like to thank Michelle at the front desk was very sweet, very kind and very professional.
Definitely would stay here again.
We had to extend our stay and the hotel was very accommodating, the daily breakfast buffet was great, and our room was large and comfortable. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop, microwave.
