Vacasa cancled my original reservation and tried to replace...
Vacasa cancled my original reservation and tried to replace the condo with a substandard condo. I finally accepted a replacement and someone else was in room when I went in, very embarassing. Went to another condo and the keypad wouldn't work. Property caretaker went to get a real key and never came back. On hold with cust service while they sent me new list to choose from. Next condo key code would not work, took 20 mins of standing outside condo with cust service trying different key codes. Finally got into 4th condo I had selected. Was on hold with cust service for hours, took 3 1/2 hours to get into a comparable condo. Balcony patio door broken, hot tub broken, one pool broken. Bath tub had ring around it. Property management was very poor. Very stressful way to start a trip. Will not ever book anything that has Vacasa involved again. I spoke to several people in area, they are going bankrupt and have very poor reputation.AAnonymous
