We booked for date night specifically for hot tub and pool time is why we chose this hotel. Upon checking in we were told hot tub and pool were out of service with no mention of anything when we booked. Had we known we would’ve booked a much cheaper hotel with no pool. Price didn’t reflect the facilities not working

We regularly fly into Great Falls to see our daughter who lives a ways south of the city. We've never actually spent time there before and we quite enjoyed it!
There are wonderful parks with great hiking and biking trails. The Charlie Russell Museum was excellent and there were several other museums we simply didn't have time for like the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center. And there's always fishing/rafting the Missouri river!

We went to sip n dip saw the mermaid with our meal and had supper at Tracy’s a few blocks from hotel large portions there as well and food was good. The antique store just around the corner from the hotel has lots of treasures and the owner was very sociable and helpful Don’t forget to stop at their candy store and try their fudge and other goodies they won’t disappoint

Went down for shopping, but so much is closed.
Went down for shopping, but so much is closed. The "mall" is a dead mall with barely anything in it. Target is great, which is were we ended up.
Childrens museum was closed with nothing on the website indicating it was being used for a private function.

I grew up in Great Falls, so it's fun to see what has changed. The CM Russell museum is terrific, and there are other artists also there. The Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center was the family's favorite, and there is a riverwalk hike to Giant Springs. Or you drive down to it (1/2 mile). Giant Springs is the largest natural spring in the world, I heard, but the Roe River, once the shortest river in the world may have been dethroned. The park around Giant Springs is great for picnicking, and we love just watching the river rush by. There's a trout hatchery next to the park, and it's fun to see how little fry become big fish. You can pay to feed them, so it's fun for little ones.
Great Falls is a grid, so getting around is easy. All the streets are clearly marked, and the main roads are accessible even during construction.
My favorite Western Wear shop is Hoglund's downtown. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is genuinely happy to help. They have a lot of boots and hats as well as clothing and accessories. I walked out with gorgeous cowboy boots that were comfortable from the start--not easy with this type of footwear, and they cleaned my son's Stetson for free, just because it was dusty. Truly my favorite store for that stuff.

Would not recommend staying here.
Would not recommend staying here. Was over charged for smaller room...was not upgraded. Also never use booking.com either as they offered no help retrieving my money back for a horrible experience at a hotel the offered on thier. Website
In the restaurant next door and very good. Included hot food which you heated in a microwave. Good choice of cereal etc. the staff member was very welcoming and helpful. This is an original building rebuilt internally to a very high standard. The walls are decorated with original artwork on all levels so like visiting and art gallery. Certainly one of the top 3 hotels/motels in our 3 week trip. Loved it. Walking distance of downtown and parking provided by hotel.
I appreciated that this place was locally run. You could tell, in a few employees at least, that they genuinely cared about your experience. I saw this, particularly with a Manager and someone working in the breakfast area. It was a pretty unique place with a pool centrally located in the hotel and I found that to be pretty neat.
For the price this was a better hotel than expected. Room was clean and big. Very quiet and friendly staff. Should I ever need a hotel in Great Falls again, I would come back here. Its a good location that even if we are road tripping past, we'd stay here.
The staff went out of their way to be helpful in a very friendly and caring manner. The facilities in the room were everything that I needed and well thought out. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Great Falls.
Hotel and rooms were clean, they provided a limited breakfast, housekeeping was very nice and attentive. Rooms are a good size with hardwood floors instead of carpet which is a big plus!!
No breakfast.
We liked the price, our room was clean and quiet.
We’ve stayed at a lot of nicer hotels, but chose the Travelodge because of its price and downtown location.
The room was bigger then normal hotel rooms. The floors were beautiful. The room was vary clean. The lady who checked us in was vary nice and vary informational.
