I appreciated that I could get a pet-friendly room on the first floor for a reasonable surcharge. (A flat fee of $30). There were also poop bags provided outside the door closest to my room.

Quaint hometown feel, lots of options to eat wide variety. People were friendly and helpful. Stopped at the Landmark cafe & creperie. Community corner thrift store and Wordsmith bookstore. We enjoyed our visit and were left with a great first impression.

I will never stay there again dirty room stained toilets seat light and tv someone gum on the night stand rude first shift check in man stained carpets no hot tub working had a bad bad smell u had to go get air spray it be able to handle it after him stalking me over a cart that made us feel safe we checked out making us drive home to loves Park in the middle of the night blow dryer didn't work we had not seat when going to the bathroom just bad and to afraid of saying anything so we leftlaurieUnited States of America - 4.0Scored 4.0

Grew up in the Galesburg area. While very recessed since I lived there the area does have some great places to eat and some fun points of interest. It's great if you are passing through for a couple days.

Employees were friendly but had an excuse for everything that was not up to par or satisfying. Arrived early but no rooms available, went back 20 minutes after check in time and they had to go and see if a room was ready, internet was awful.... downloaded the WiFi, had to reconnect every 20 minutes. Horrible internet!!! Breakfast was provided but not much variety and the same thing each morning.

I didn't see much of it. Checked in, changed clothes and got ready and left for the funeral. Ate at perkins, went back to the room and fell asleep until morning. Drove all night so didn't get any sleep until after we ate. Wish we could have seen more of the town.RebeccaUnited States of America
