What an awesome hotel. Room was very comfortable and fresh, clean and accommodating. We loved the breakfast and the comfort and atmosphere of the lounge. Had a wonderful meal right next door plus were only a short drive to the Premium outlets.

The room was very spacious, with a nice bed and a TV with Netflix and Youtube access in the bedroom area and sofa, armchair and another TV in the lounge area. Everything was clean and the kitchen had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker which we made good use of.

Franklin is a wonderful place to stay! It's quiet , has great restaurants and shopping nearby but so much to do, close to the interstates so you can go anywhere! I like the facilities in the location and I've stayed there before. Unfortunately it due to supply problems and lack of employees which is affecting most businesses, the stay was extremely unsatisfying. I know that these things will be fixed in the future and I would recommend anyone to stay at this fine establishment. The staff is extremely helpful in these trying times.

Rooms could use some freshening up. Housekeeping staff was great but rooms were needing fresh paint, etc. Breakfast was excellent. Nice choice of fruits , yogurts, waffles, eggs, breakfast meats and pastries. We were all happy with breakfast. My grandkids really enjoyed the indoor pool and had a lot of fun with other guests who were in pool also. Nice hot tub/jacuzzi also. Basketball court and outdoor seating was in poor condition or nonexistent. A few rocking chairs out front but used by smokers. Management was polite and apologetic about the issues I had.

There wasn't too much noise around the hotel or in the halls, which was great. Super comfortable bed. We wanted to make breakfast and were disappointed to find out that some of the options weren't available though there was a hour or so left for service. Other than that one glitch, definitely a place we would revisit on a future trip to Franklin.

Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and they have a heated pool. Restaurants in short walking distance or short drive into Franklin. The property is close to the Wrentham shopping outlet centre and not far from Battleship Cove at Fall River.

When we were packing up to leave I asked if they had a luggage cart we could use and the young man at the desk went around the hotel to find us one and brought it to our room now that's what I call service. It was one of the best hotel stays that we have had.
