It's an interesting and comfortable to stay. The furniture and decoration tell that it has quite a history. However, it is well maintained and quite comfortable to say. The free breakfast is quite impressive with a good variety and quality.

Farmington is a very old town with beautiful Colonial buildings. Miss Porter's School (Jackie Kennedy's alma mater) is not far from The Inn. There are lovely neighborhoods around The Inn to explore on foot. My room had a beautiful conopied queen bed with luxury sheets, complementary wine in the evening in the tastefully decorated lobby, and breakfast for guests. Check-in was efficient and friendly; parking very convenient. Price was an unbelievable value. The Italian restaurant right next door had an excellent menu and wine list, along with an efficient and friendly staff.

Staff was rude.
Staff was rude. Wouldn't give me an upgrade eventhough I told them I was a veteran. I was told there were none, however I saw plenty of empty rooms. The breakfast was terrible and there were no pool towels. I had to wait an hour before someone finally came.AAnonymousUnited States of America
