I’m reference to Quality Inn response to my first review… We did ask at the front desk and we were told that pillows and blankets were not available. I asked the gentleman to please check and his response was “I don’t need to, I know we don’t have anymore to give” Our room was over 80degrees when we arrived. Maintenance said the air wouldn’t come on because it was to old. I tried to open the windows and couldn’t because they were bolted shut 🤦🏻♀️

The hotel was nice and clean, our room location was quiet, the staff was amazing both checking in and out, there is a local diner we walked to for breakfast, parking was easy to find, and it was located very close to the highway for ease of access. We would definitely stay there again!

The property is underground renovation, which is why it was so inexpensive. The room was fine, although we really needed queen beds instead of full size. But it was late and our chosen area to stay in was unavailable so we took the best accommodation we could find. The staff was super nice. The only real negative I had was that the road driving into the parking lot was rough and full of potholes. Otherwise, Fairmont is a nice little city. I have family and friends in the area so my activities involve them. Dining places are a variety of choices from homey to fancy. No warning that no amenities available. No free breakfast. No pool. The room as usual was great. But we will never use booking and from what we were told the $200 price would not have been discounted. Very disappointed. From desk employee was VERY friendly.
