The warm smile and friendly staff Christian & Christopher were very attentive. Allowed me to have 1 hour extra for my check out time. The room was so nice and clean and very nice and cool. Love the Kitchenette although because I only needed one night stay this time I didn't get to utilize it , but I will next time

STAFF ALMOST DID NOT LET ME GET MY ROOM BECAUSE OF BOOKING.COM'S MISTAKE AND TOLD ME I HAD TO GO THROUGH BOOKING.COM TO RESOLVE AND THERE WAS NOTHING THEY CAN DO
Even though the ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER AND CONFIRMATIONS ARE ALL THE SAME I still got told I would not get a room because BOOKING.COM put the city as ELDON instead of MONT BELVIEU. Finally she decided to look into the system and find me but you need to communicate with them and fix that because they are turning away business making it seem like the traveler can't read when it was THAT EASY TO JUST FIND MY RESERVATION. SHE DID NOT WANT TO CHECK AT FIRST BECAUSE BOOKING.COM HAD A WRONG CITY. Really started my trip off to a bad start. I will not be using booking.com or staying at another americas best. EVER.
We had a family engagement to attend and it turns out to be a race weekend so the only place we were able to book was at a Super 8- it is my first time staying there. Checking in was easy, the hotel attendant was nice. And the location was very very convenient.
The rooms are super clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I had 1 night in Houston and this was easiest for our friends to pick us up at. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
it was ok but the room service wasn’t that good they didnt want to clean my room when I requested it and the room had a weird smell also the phone was brokenly disconnected.
