The hotel had out of order signs on the washer and dryer.
The hotel had out of order signs on the washer and dryer. The pool was closed. Toilet didn't flush properly. Furniture was messed up. Smoke alarm was wrapped in plastic. The only good thing is the breakfast. Booking .com didn't say any of these things when i booked our room.

For us, El Reno is a convenient stopping place on I-40 when we attend concerts at the Sugar Creek Casino in Hinton, OK. Good hotels and restaurants make it a good overnight base camp for your concerts and other events in the area!

I feel that I cannot answer this question fairly. We stayed here the night following the devastating tornado struck the area. Very solemn. However, everyone we came in contact with was always very kind!
