I liked everything about this room. It's new, squeaky clean.
I liked everything about this room. It's new, squeaky clean. I get my own private entrance and exist which I appreciate. As much as I like the host I like that I don't have to bump into him every time we're going in or out of the unit. They have fridge and microwave which was excellent for our usage. We don't plan to cook so we didn't need to pay extra for other units with kitchen. The location was close proximity to all the attractions. We love it here and would definitely stay here again.

The manager "David", when told of my student's mother's experience being turned away, with 3 boys in a car facing homelessness, 30 minutes prior, responded, "NOT MY PROBLEM". He refused to give me his last name (chicken) and repeated the above. I had already PAID for the 2 nights on Booking.com and his staff REFUSED to even speak to me on the phone for ALTERNATE PAYMENT. I am a School Counselor and this is a hard working single mother they CRUELLY turned away, in tears at 5pm. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU.NancyUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

We stayed here due to the closeness to Pasadena and a good price on the hotel. Holiday Inn was very nice, staff were great but we did not spend any time in El Monte to make any kind of comment. Went to downtown LA for activities and Pasadena .

I didn't like my stay staff rude was charged for damage towel and I put it on the floor so my kid don't fall cause it was raining and they charged for it never going back owner letting staff be disrespectful when I told them I did it so my kids don't fall

I arrived at 12:00 at night to sleep and I never found the room. I had to sleep practically on the street and I don't like it because it has nowhere to park your car.
