Great location. Hotel was definitely overpriced for off-season, older facility
The man at the reception desk had a poor attitude.
The man at the reception desk had a poor attitude.
The room held odor in the upholstery, carpet, drapes and bedding. I opened the windows to help dissipate.
The mattress was worn out and too soft.
I was overcharged for the room. The hotel did not honor the Booking.com rate.
Will not stay here again.

There really wasn’t anything negative about our stay.
There really wasn’t anything negative about our stay. It was pretty quiet and the rooms were clean. I would have preferred there to be a continental breakfast but that was really the only very slightly negative thing about the hotel.

It was a horrible experience i will not recommend no one stay here im wasnt happy and i want a refund i couldnt sleep other people at the hotel was making noise most of the nite. I think they have welfare staying here. I didnt enjoy my stay and outside all i smell was weed
No BKFST. Hotel does not welcome professionals who travel. Packages were sent back, despite asking front desk to hold for the day, courier services which are STANDARD for traveling business not permitted. We stayed over 50 nights and not ONE courtesy was extended, in fact the property made it much more difficult to conduct normal business operations and no CoVid OSHA requirements present.
We had to leave first room due to broken toilet. I asked for a renovated room they moved us and second room was worse than the first. If that’s what they call renovated I can only imagine what they looked like before. Very shady looking people all around the hotel. Would never return or recommend!
We desperately needed to find a hotel because the place we booked earlier had a major problem with their pool. We quickly decided to make the reservation with Crystal Inn and were especially pleased. The pool was probably the best I was ever in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The decor felt fresh, not dated. The beds and pillows were comfortable, with the option of firmer or softer pillows. The hotel common areas and rooms were generally clean. The free toiletries provided smelled good and felt luxurious.
The spacious and cleanliness of the room and hotel. But more importantly the friendliness of the staff those are the little details that can really make a difference upfront.
