Extremely friendly staff, clean all over, really spacious and nice layout in the room for our family of 4 with large trundle bed couch from West Elm and a slightly closed off office desk area. And a huge walk-in closet. A very small pool, but nice work out room, and family games in front lobby. Above average comp. breakfast. Overall, we would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

First, the staff were all very polite and ready to help in any manner.
Its location is the best part as it straddles Lansing and East Lansing. If you have anything to do with the University and you don't want to pay a premium then this will definitely work.
The indoor pool was great. Having a place to get some easy exercise during the Winter is a real bonus.

The manager told me I would be in one room and when I checked in it was filled so in the only other room available at the time the A/C and TV did not work, and there was no phone. Also they double charged me as did not recognize my payment through you. Then the clerk in the office said he could put me in a better room and when I went to it it was occupied.

They were great directing us to nearby restaurants and stores, and when our reason for being there was delayed unexpectedly, they were very accommodating when we asked for a late check out. The hotel itself is an older building, but it is clean and the beds are very comfy. A bag breakfast was offered because of covid, but there were many options to choose from under the circumstances.

There's a cafe at the ground floor of the hotel that provides breakfast options. The view was great (over campus).
