Sesuit House suited my needs. I was just on the Cape to celebrate my niece's 50th birthday, so I just needed a place to sleep for the night. The room was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. I LOVED having the bottle of water and the bucket of ice; I was extra thirsty after being out in the sun all day.
A couple of things barely worth mentioning:
The sink did not drain very well.
The caulking between the tub and the floor was unsightly.
The little creamer cups for coffee must have been out of date; I wound up with curdles in my coffee.
On the whole, the outside of the place looked like it could benefit from a fresh coat of paint...not all white.
But would I stay here again? Yes!

Location was great. Bed was comfortable. But the room was incredibly musty and not clean. Walls had stains and table was not even wiped down. Dave was very nice but the hotel needs a complete rehab.

Very welcoming office staff. They could not have been more accommodating…going above and beyond.
Pools were really nice and clean. Room was wonderful. Everything spotless. Fantastic modern bathroom. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows.
Breakfast had numerous options.Coffee and tea available 24/7! Nice to visibly see cleaners and maintenance workers taking care of the hotel even the windows above the indoor pool.
My wife and I liked everything about our stay there.
We felt safe and would certainly stay there again if we get up that way.
This hotel is a best kept secret!

Such a beautiful old building. It has been renovated and decorated very tastefully. Really comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast croissants were fresh out of the oven and crunchy.
The hosts are absolutely delightful. I would highly recommend this property.

East Dennis is a quiet area, but with several nice spots to visit. There are a couple of great restaurants nearby, and you can find them easily on Google Maps. The beach is very close by (Sesuit Harbor), and there are stores and shops very easy to get to down route 6. It is a very nice spot to visit! By the way, there's also a great ice cream store within walking distance! Lovely!

Great restaurants even though we visited off season. I highly recommend Scargo Cafe. Their Short ribs were superb! The MArshside Restarant forod wsa great too & the view was remarkable!. Sesuit Harbor Cafe was also a fun place for breakfast. All the seating is outdoors by the channel into the harbor.
I have always stayed on the Ocean Side above of the Cape but enjoyed the ranquility of the Bay side & their beaches & bike riding trails through the marshes & woods etc. I would definitely visit again
