I did not check in.
I did not check in. I tested positive for Covid a few days before my trip, so I called and cancelled my reservation. I was somewhat rudely informed by someone from the hotel staff that a refund was not possible unless I cancelled five days before. I was not informed of this when I booked the room, nor could I cancel five days before because of when I tested positive. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Tubing the Wisconsin river was so relaxing, exactly what our group needed. Thank you Hawks Nest Outfitters. Kartway was so much fun with the miniature golf, go carts and bumper boats , it took me back to my childhood. The shopping was great Cre8 tshirt shop was friendly and Courteous. The dinning was amazing, we highly recommend The Kickback Grill great staff with lunch with an awesome view. Great location. So much to do. Horseback riding fishing swimming shopping tennis and great restaurant just to name a few things. I have been lcoming to Eagle River for vacations for many years. Always enjoyable and r lazing.

It's like stepping back in time to see this hotel that has been in the Eagle River area for years. The hotel was exceptionally clean and quaint. The bed was very comfortable. Shopping is within walking distance. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but still enough amenities to make your stay pleasant.
