The rooms where nice and clean, very modern. The whole hotel in itself was. The rooms where also very spacious. The beds very comfy! But on the other hand..........The pools water was green🤢. It was dirty and the kids could not enjoy it! The staff was meh😑 not friendly nor mean just there..... really no interaction or "care" they did there job and that's it! Upon check in the young man at the counter spoke maybe 3 words to me.. lol gave me the room keys and that was about it. Did not even validate it was me or ask for my debit card and explain the hotel as front desk usually do upon check in. Upon check out, I checked out at 6am. The front desk lady was asleep in the back and took her a while to notice I was standing in the front desk. She said not one word to me and handed me the receipt, when I asked " is that all?" She said "yes" and that was it...

The worst part of all is that I told the clerk & the hotel manager & they made no attempt to address the issue at all. I also told the housekeeper the rooms need to be fumigated cause those roaches must be all over the place. The hotel was extremely filthy.
The hotel was extremely filthy. Entering the room there was trash in the room from whomever stayed before us. The room was not clean. Not even a minute of being in there, we were getting bit and we looked down and from our ankles down we were covered in fleas. The entire hotel was INFESTED with fleas!! When we came to let the staff know that we will not be staying there because of the infestation, she didn’t seem to care at all. She printed our cancellation paper and handed it to me. No apologizes. No explanations. She didn’t seem to be caught by surprise at all. It was terrible. It was the worse experience I have ever had and I will be contacting corporate. I have family in the area of this hotel, therefore, I’ve stayed before. It used to be a much nicer, cleaner and more comfortable hotel. This visit was the worst and I will be choosing a different hotel the following trip.
