My family really enjoys having the swimming pool, basketball goal, volleyball court, pool table etc.
It gives them a place to get out and have some fun.
I had asked to have our rooms on the first floor by the pool and they did it for us. My daughter has twin boys and a wonderfold wagon which does not work with the other floors at the hotel. THANK YOU

We went to have a beer at the long branch saloon which was in the boot hill museum. We just wanted to have a beer, because I thought if miss kitty was there I was going to take her upstairs and give her the business cause Matt Dillon never did. Ha. Anyway we got there at 430 the place closed at 5 enough time for a beer, we had to pay museum entry to go to saloon so it cost us $28 to go in and $10 for 2 beer so make sure you’re there in plenty of time to check out the museum if that’s your deal. Saloon was no hell anyway.

I intended to stay in Garden City but luckily there were no rooms available for the weekend. The next city over was Dodge City. Garden City is very crowded and stressful. Dodge City has a much more relaxed and laid back vibe. If you are a fan of history, The Boot Hill museum is among the best I have ever visited. Well done and first class all around.

I grew up there and I don't know if I should really give a review of the town. It was great to grow up there, but has gone downhill as far as I see. I lived there a couple of years as an adult and my in-laws lived there until their deaths. The taxes seem to be out of control, much higher then where we live in Colorado and there is not a lot to do there. Where does the revenue from Boot Hill and now the casino go? Those two things should at least help the citizens to not have such high taxes. We went to Boot Hill and the water park last year and grandkids enjoyed it. This year we were only there for a funeral.

Great trip visiting family history and amazing Kansas history. Boothill Museum was excellent and one of the best interactive and informative we've been to. Gun fight and variety show were wonderful. Boothill distillery is a special place, not just the beautiful building, but all the drinks and ingredients are locally made or sourced. And Dodge City brewing was a total treat with the local brews on tap to sample while eating one of the best fire oven cooked pizzas. Both are ran by wonderful staff and are family friendly.

We are big Gunsmoke History fans so was very interesting.
We are big Gunsmoke History fans so was very interesting. Loved Boothhill museum and the old downtown area. Trolley tours were not going yet but would have liked that. Didn't have enough time to really see everything, only one day.
No breakfast or coffee provided. This is a large place that has seen better days. The towels they provided were small and almost thread-bare. Two star hotel at best. Side doors were open to anyone 24/7. Not very clean. Fairly large refrigerator, but the microwave was very old. NOT a good value for the money. Would NOT recommend. There are a lot of other hotels in Dodge City. This place needs to be bulldozed. Nobody will miss it.
Huge room with kitchen. Loved having a freezer for our water bottles which we use in our cooler. Beds were comfortable. Towels were soft and clean. Couldn’t get the TV to come on. The actual owner, Brent Cunningham, came by and got it fixed. Just a loose plug. But what a great guy! You can tell he has real pride in his properties. Anytime we pass through Dodge City, this will be our stop for the night!
Clean comfortable spacious room, free WiFi, good parking. Heavily discounted room rate. The property itself seems it was/is quite nice, in its class. If the lights were on and everything open it would compete well with Wyndham, Days Inn, Best Western, etc.
Absolutely loved this place. What a fun building, appears to be a converted Holiday Inn dome hotel, which you just don’t see any more. Unique and whimsical, felt like Matt Dillon and Miss Kitty could walk in anytime. Great parking, quiet and clean.
This hotel is a little outside of Dodge city, but it is located adjacent to the Casino and thus we had plenty to do. We got back tot he hotel a little late after touring around Dodge city, but we were still able to visit the casino for food and fun
the beds were very comfortable and had the extra pull-out sofa to meet our needs. Grandkids loved the indoor pool.
The hotel was close to the attractions we visited and a variety of fast food.
The place is not exactly much to look at but the rooms were nice and comfortable, clean. Staff was friendly and the hotel centrally located. A very good bargain for the price.
The staff was extremely attentive to our needs and were quick to respond to any requests. As a value option for your stay at Dodge city I would highly recommend this hotel.
