Wonderful location with lake view! The room itself was top notch, the bed honestly one of the most comfortable we've slept on while travelling. Pillows labeled soft and firm, so both of us were comfortable! The patio balcony was lovely to sit in, both in morning and at evening. The included toiletries were Dove branded and smelled great.

Its been a very long time since last visit and the improvements of roads and hotel choices are awesome. I would have liked to stay for at least a week to get to see everything again and use the lake for boating and some fishing. This area is home for me, I grew up a short distance away.
This area is home for me, I grew up a short distance away. If I win the lottery, I'll buy a beach front home and spend my summers and early falls there! 😁. It's bicycle friendly which is a bonus. It's laid back with friendly people. It epitomizes MN Nice. I have memories of DL from when I was a kid and love that it's grown and offers much more than I remember. It's the perfect small town!

It's great to have the sitting area outside the pool so you can still watch the kids play and be able to enjoy the nice weather. Having the bike path right behind the hotel is very nice when we are traveling with our dog to take him for a walk.BjoremUnited States

Tim, who greeted us was warm and welcoming. We appreciated how pet friendly it was and wished we had stayed longer to make use of the bicycles and kayaks. We would definitely stay here again !
