Comfort Suites Bloomsburg, hotel in Danville

Just off Interstate 80, the Comfort Suites Bloomsburg hotel is only one mile from the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was great for me. Plenty of good places around to eat and shop, and not situated in an overly busy area. Convenient to the main thorough ways as well. The breakfast was well done for what it is. The sitting and reception areas have plenty of room to eat and get caught up on business. It was mostly quiet.

Hampton Inn Bloomsburg, hotel in Danville

This hotel is a 5-minute drive from downtown Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania and Bloomsburg University. It features spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi and serves a daily buffet breakfast.

Even with the renovations, the room is very impressive. I had been in this area (Danville, Bloomsburg, Catawissa) in 2022-2023, but not in the side of town where the hotel is located.

Quality Inn Bloomsburg, hotel in Danville

Quality Inn is located in Bloomsburg, PA, 1969 feet from Columbia Mall. Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania is located 3.7 mi away while Knoebel's Amusement park is 14 mi from the property.

I was a little concerned when we saw that the shopping mall next to the hotel was closed, and the hotel on the outside did not look super updated. However, the inside is updated and fresh and clean. Breakfast was nice, more protein options would be a nice addition. Coffee was lack luster but hot! We had a great stay!

The rooms were ok. Bed was a bit creaky. Liked the wood floors rather than carpeting. Too noisy. Right by the highway. Nice free breakfast area Staff was pleasant. Price of room should be more budget friendly for what it is

    Friendly, helpful staff.

Friendly, helpful staff. Filled room request without a problem. Made room reservations for a future event, no problem, very helpful. Room was clean. Only showered and slept there, out the rest of the day at a convention so didn't really get to use any amenities or see what was available.

I had formerly written about a $50 charge that I was charged on the night I checked in. The charge was NOT dropped the next morning. I was charged the extra $50 on my credit card. I called the hotel about this. The woman who answered my call took care of the issue quickly and professionally and, when I checked on my credit card statement, the charge was indeed dropped. Thanks, Jamie, for taking care of this issue.

The staff was very accommodating, there was no mini refrigerator in our room. I was traveling with my special needs granddaughter and had items that needed to be kept cold. I called the front desk and there was a refrigerator in our room when we returned from dinner!

The Iron Fork restaurant was great and close by.

The Iron Fork restaurant was great and close by. There is also a mexican restaurant with great food and staff off of bloom road which was great. The only thing I would say for a family is to bring extra trash bags from home and maybe some paper plates, cups and utensils for those nights you eat in or bring leftovers from a night out. Also, dont forget your laundry bags. It can get messy really quickly in a room with 4 people.

Location for the work conference was perfect. Towels were in good condition. Water pressure in the shower was great. I was able to open the windows to get fresh air, which is not common enough in hotels. And it felt safe to leave them open at night for a stretch. The hotel restaurant had decent vegetarian options and even a gluten free bread option! Big and very pleasant surprise.

The staff was wonderful, constantly asking if we needed fresh towels etc... Very polite. This is the only super 8 that I have encountered that had an entire first floor of accessible rooms. About 10 to 15 which was great! I've never encounter that at another super 8 not even more upscale hotels that I've stayed at before.

Location of the breakfast room was very good. Breakfast itself was fairly good. I wish that there had been fat-free milk or 1% instead of just whole milk. Much better decaf coffee than many hotels have. Great variety of tv choices. Comfortable bed. Nice hot shower water.

Location and the décor in the hotel. The staff were super friendly. It was very cool in the lobby I like the rustic look. The staff even took the time to make a bag of extra supplies for the room and she walked us to our room which was different but quite inviting!

The location is very good, next to the highway, the room is very quiet, there is a gas station next to the hotel, there is a McDonald's opposite, the breakfast is also very rich, and the front desk service is very good.

This is my second stay here. Right off I-80. McDonalds and Friendly's across the street. Cheapest in the area. We stay at this location when spending multiple days at the Montour Preserve Fossil Pit.

Place was deplorable and should be shut down. I was the only car in the parking lot. I have never seen such a dirty unkempt hotel. Place should be torn down and rebuilt.
