Daniela, who is generous, full of energy, and great fun, is an amazing cook and every day we had a delicious breakfast and dinner out on the decking of our exquisite tiny house.

Great town. Many eateries, fast food chains, supermarkets available. Everything you need is in Oakhurst. Good stay for yosemite. 30 minutes drive from the hotel to south entrance yosemite - easily to visit mariposa grove. 1 hour and 15 minutes drive to yosemite valley. I have been comparing either to stay in mariposa or oakhurst, but actually you can just visit the small town of mariposa without staying there. Is only take you about 30min drive. The Hotel provides a good breakfast.

Daniela was very welcoming, and her ranch was super cute. She even left us some goodies & cold water (which was very much appreciated)! The location is not ideal if you want something close to Yosemite as it took us 45min to reach the South gate & another hour to Yosemite Valley; but if you're looking for a place to explore Coarsegold/Oakhurst & surroundings then I definitely recommend it!

Coarsegold was great.
Coarsegold was great. The cabin we stayed in at Yosemite RV Resorts had intermittent water in bathroom and kitchen. Certainly not worth over $300 a night and we stayed 3 nights. Very disappointing. Would not recommend anyone stay there. Management made no apology in any way. Goarsegold was quaint and had every store we needed and great restaurants.

Nice place to visit small town friendly people excellent place for lunch. It's a Small Town not much to see but the casino is the main event in this area along with Yosemite National Park Oakhurst which is down the road with more variety and bigger stores

It was very peaceful and quiet, at night the view of the sky...
It was very peaceful and quiet, at night the view of the sky and all the stars was so amazing not something you see out here in LA night sky, the little cabin was a home I could live in any day. It was a bit confusing to get to my cabin because the place is very big but nothing to complain about really I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone.

It’s a very small town with everything you need along the...
It’s a very small town with everything you need along the main road. Our very part of Coarsegold was the local coffee shop Zanders. When we went through the drive through we could see that there was a shaded grassy picnic area. If we weren’t on our way out of would have been the perfect spot to have a little lunch with our toddler and dog. The people we encountered were very nice and helpful. We can’t wait to come back but hope to spend more time in Yosemite.
