The food was expensive and so was the hotel. But the pool was beautiful and having poolside waitstaff was wonderful. The restaurant was also very good and the staff were very accomadating. The gym was gorgous and the ILLY coffee in the room along with ceramic cups was a bonus. Bed very comfortable.

The staff is super friendly, the room was big and comfy, location is excellent although it's 15 min driving from the downtown area and we had no issues with parking or the car.

Every was great I just didn’t have a tv remote and I did let the receptionist know that there wasn’t one in there and told me it was no problem so that was good. I didn’t want to get charged for something that was me.

Well, we got there very early in the morning and our room had been given to someone else (I tried to call twice and I emailed that we were going to be really late) but the gentleman at the front desk apologized and got us another room ASAP and it was a great room, plenty of room for me and my family to be totally comfortable and had a nice view of the city! The people during the day at the front and other staff was approachable and very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and the pool area was clean and my kids had a blast. We enjoyed most of our and mostly had a great experience.
