    Breakfast was minimal.

Breakfast was minimal. Granola bar and oatmeal which you had to ask for. No soap in the shower or extra toilet paper. They are definitely operating on a budget. No place to eat out in this town. Be prepared.

    It was very quiet there.

It was very quiet there. The sunset on the sandstone cliffs was almost breathtaking. Caineville is very much out of the way of anything. The closest restaurants are in Hanksville, about 20 miles away. Capitol Reef National was amazing. It's about 20 miles away.

Good hotel out in practically the middle of nowhere.

Good hotel out in practically the middle of nowhere. It actually is in a good location - not far from the likes of Capitol Reef and Goblin Valley. Too bad that I stayed when the Moon was in its waxing phase - I could have taken a pretty decent shot of the Milky Way if a new moon was in effect. I highly recommend this place. Don't be miffed by its remoteness - it's a good place with good accommodations in a good location.
