I paid 300.00 for a room w/double beds and both had blood in the sheets and I didn’t know tell I went to lay in the bed at 4:00 am after coming from a night out with friends and the over night front desk lady was kind and tried to fix the problem and morning front desk lady was sooo rude she made me get loud I almost lost it the woman tried to said it was my blood on the sheets when I’m fact the housekeepers didn’t change the sheets from the previous guess and that’s nasty as hell especially during a time like this!!! Like cookie the most, didn't like that I was told to opt out housing keeping and earn bonus point. When I call back to ask for my bonus point I was told to leave a message for the manager and she would return my call, til this date I have not received a call back

- From $152.72 per night7.8Scored 7.8GoodRated good· 410 reviewsGreat hotel, and it does have an airport shuttle to/from Midway -- HOWEVER -- you have to book the shuttle at least 24 hours in advance, and it is easy to get on the WRONG shuttle (there's one that runs frequently that advertises DoubleTree by Hilton along with several other hotels on the side -- that one takes you to a DIFFERENT DoubleTree by Hilton which is much closer to the airport. This one is in Alsip, and it takes about 30 minutes by shuttle to get to.

This is my second time in Illinois and we booked this same hotel for our second trip.
