Feces backed up into the sink.
Feces backed up into the sink. They fixed the problem the morning following the evening of discovery but did not clean the sink. The front desk was not concerned with making that bad situation better. Fixing the problem was important to them the next day but compensation for the disgusting inconvenience was nowhere on the to do list.

It was a terrific location where we felt safe & enjoyed the neighborhood for walking. Breakfast was so generous each morning. I got a great tan at the pool. Fitness Center had just the right amount of equipment. Such nice staff!AAnonymousUnited States

Rooms have always been clean, quiet and comfortable. Check in is always simple and breakfast has always been delicious. It's conveniently located right off the freeway, near restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and most importantly for us, the Canyon Club.

And there was no convenient place near the hotel for me to buy at my own expense. Or why should I buy, for which I paid almost twice as much?
