Most places in Shuishe were booked so I got this place about 10-15 walking minutes along the lake shore path. I recommend finding something in Shuishe, which is where the cute town and the boat piers are.

Nice place, Sun Moon Lake great fun, the cycling is great and well mapped and no one tries to kill you like they do in my home country of Australia, food nice, people friendly. The boat on the lake and cable car look fun, but I ride all day the moped to Puli the next day, so I'll try them next visit.

The place is far (about 20 minutes drive) from the shuishe visitor center, after 5pm, you will have to get a taxi to get there, try to stay near the shuishe visitor center which will be more convenient for travel.

Lake B & B was located on the Shuishe side of the lake steps from the trail that circles the lake. The room was quite spacious and clean. Our breakfast was served at a time of our choosing on the top floor in a gorgeous glass room overlooking the lake. The staff was eager to meet all of our requests. We had a choice of a Western or Taiwanese breakfast and asked for tea, coffee, and milk. We highly recommend this hotel!

Yuchi is an amazing holiday destination,tourists sits are with convenient transportation connections.My home stay was old and my expectations about my accommodation rate was a bit disappointing.Yes,2 sloppy beds in one small cabin for the high price is unjustly.I wish they will improve or rebuild their cabin room to ensure the satisfaction of clients.Booking .com didn't specify the proper rooms and prices for every specified room price ,I felt like I got cheated when the website showed me an alluring room but gave me another,unexpected room far from the internet photos.It made me feel so disappointed.Next time when we booked a place to stay ,we must make sure which kind of room are we really staying so that when we reach the place we won't be frustrated.The lake and wooden walkway around the Yuchi neighborhood is spectacular,my kid and I walked around the other side of the lake,we took fantastic photos ,view was spectacular and refreshing.The Sun moon lake is really few steps from our cabin our rented cottage so getting to our destination was easier and accessible to most visited touristic destination.Agnessky12721Taiwan
